Hello. I don't come on and post very often, but I read here every day. I have seen myself in a lot of what is being discussed...seen myself in the past, and seen behavior that I didn't know was tied to bipolar. I am fairly stable right now, and have learned to catch myself when I am becoming manic...

So what I wanted to say is that I am so impressed with the group of you who always respond to each post. And your advise is very good. But that you care enough to respond is tremendous. As one bipolar for many others, THANK YOU. yeah

Poodles I am glad that you feel pretty stable right now, and being able to see the signs of a mania episode...that is great! You know being able to self-recognize is a large part of living healthy with BP. Good for you!
