Hi Caren,

I'm sorry you were alone, and feeling down. What do you have going on this week?

We're always here for you, of course. Just say the word.

Hi Caren,
I am sorry to hear that you are having a bad holiday. I know for me there is the pressure to have a good time on the holidays and this brings me anxiety. Try not to let the pressure of the holiday get you down. Just tell yourself its just another day like all others. I know it is important to observe holidays, I am not saying they aren't important but sometimes you got to talk to yourself to comfort yourself. I hope this has been of some help. Please know that there are people out there who care about you. Please post again soon...

I would have preferred to be alone than with my parents during 4th of July if that makes you feel any better.
