Hello all
My wife has severe mental illness due to infidelity and crohn's disease. she filed for divorce 2 years ago and had bowel surgery. life seemed to improve after surgery but all has fallen apart. I have cooked, cleaned did laundry for the past 9 years, taking vacation to care for her. now realizing 20years of marriage meant nothing to her except gold digging. she has gone on holidays leaving an empty fringe. I learned today she has lied for 9 years about her sexual activities, the no. of partners she has been with. I only have 2 teenage daughters and the home left to fight for. sad

keepinghope I am so sorry it seems that your world is falling apart. Mental illness is such a terrible thing, especially when not taken care of properly. Keep fighting for your kids

I am terribly sorry to hear of your pain. It must be devastating. Once you can, talk with your daughters, get yourself a lawyer, and try to remember your always did your best. That's all anyone could ask.

I totally agree with the other posters.

I want to welcome you aboard here and I hope you come back to give us updates so that we can continue to be source of support to you.

So very sorry to hear about all the work and energy you have put into this relationship and have this happen to you.

Are your girls supportive of you as well?  They need someone stable like you in their lives.

Sincerely, blush
