I am gaining 5 hours in my day without being hypomanic. Pretty sweet.
I have somewicked insomnia. I can ony sleep 7 hours. I do feel well-rested when I get up, but I get really tired in the evening. I am not sure what I'll accomplish. I'm just finishing checking this forum, my email, and moderating my forum.
I have dishes I can wash, sewing I could do, general cleaning, laundry, dog training. Anything I do now give me more time tomorrow. I train dogs back-to-back for 8 hours later today, so I son't have time for much of anything.
I know! I'll cook dinner ahead of time for my boyfriend. He was saying there is "nothing" to eat. Which just means nothing obvious. I'm thinking mushroom alfredo ziti.
