I can't tell I'm taking anything at all at 25 mg. I'm at 150 mg and it's fine. I'm in some wierd ultraradian cycling mixed episode thing, so Lamictal alone isn't controlling it at the moment. Anyway, I get some mild side effects at 200 mg. Dizzy/lightheaded. It's not as bad as the dizzy/lightheaded I get with an anxiety attack.

Maybe you are getting sick?

I was lightheaded and had some stomach problems when I first started Lamictal. My sister and father both take it and they had the same problems. Things settled down after about two weeks for me. Hope you feel better soon.

The main thing you need to look for is a rash on any part of your body.  Stop it and call your doctor.
