Like another person on here said, they should call this tri polar. Manic, Depressed, and Normal.
You are in a bad place right now, but there are better days ahead. You need to learn what your triggers are, and avoid them like the plauge. I have figured out that my ex was a bad trigger for me. SO getting out of that was a great move for me. I have been so much better than when i was with her.
SOmetimes the decisions are hard, like admiting that we can no longer do a favorite thing because in the end it is bad for us.
But the normal stages do come, it just takes some time and patience. And good meds to help out with it.
