Does anyone have issues with stress and recovering from stress?
I had a family vacation - my fiance's family. It's 1 week at a vacation home that is about 1 mile from home. So I spend like 1/4 the time there. Just can't handle all the stimulation.
Then working 3 days in a row. 1 full day and 2 half-days. Apparently too much for me. You guys know I have about the perfect job - I groom dogs at my fiance's vet clinic. I have my own work space separate from the clinic. I don't have to tell my boss about having a bad day - he already knows. :)
Last night I woke up puking. I was completely exhausted. In bed for 16 hours. The dizzines and headache started lifting enough that I can get online and turn TV on.
Anyone else have issues after stress? I mean other than triggering staight-up bipolar symptoms.
