Hypomania was a way of life for me for a long time. I am not on any meds at the moment, I think I am what Red Lightening referred to asmed resistant, long story. I manage those times with the following lifestyle and dietary changes:
No caffeine. Period.
No junk food, processed foods, restaurant food, etc.
Exercise as often and consistantly as possible, even if it is just taking a walk.
Removing myself from overstimulating surroundings when necessary.
Finding vitamin regiment that helped with insomnia and extreme irritability, as well as fatigue.
