Sorry to hear about
what you are going through.
Sometimes we assume that other's can clearly see what we need but in reality if we don't share with them or ask for their help, they really don't know.
I'm not saying this is true all the time, but for me, I have learned that if I don't express myself or ask for help, I have no one else to blame but myself.
It's not a weakness to ask for help. Sometimes people feel that they would offend us by butting in & figure that we would ask for help if we needed it.
