The following actions trigger my hypomania:
- travel in general;
- using perfumes;
- using a nice watch;
- having lunch or dinner in a nice restaurant;
- stressful events;
- sleeping poorly.
Initially I thought that I was just happier, but recently I considered hypomania since my happiness is different from the so called normal people.
I would like to hear what triggers others members have.
