In my life i have found the best wayt to deal with fear is to accept it for what it is. So in your case accept that depression WILL come back. Once you accept that you are free to enjoy your life until it does come back. Kinda think like a dog does. LIve in the moment. Dont use up all your good time you have now worrying about
something that probally will happen. Enjoy your remission, and store up the energy you will need to cope with the depression when it does come back.
Besides tommrrow isnt guanteed to us. Only this moment now. SO live, love, laugh, and deal with things as they come to you. No sense wasting the good times.
