There is hope. Sometimes we may lose control. We all have these weak moments when we feel down or we may lose control, etc. However, it is something that you can control.
Dealing with anger is hard. When you feel the anger or this mood approaching, you need to do something to calm down. You have to know what to do in the moment, and what to do in the long run to make sure you can control it.
Meditation and deep breathing helps to calm you down when you're upset or angry. Breathing tends to slow things down in your mind and you feel a sense of calm. You can inhale through your nose and exhale through your mount (I do it this way), or you can do it vice versa.
Keep a journal. When you feel angry, start writing how you're feeling. When you write your thoughts and feelings, it tends to help you feel better.
You can even go for a walk outdoors to 'cool off', put on some o your favorite music and listen to it or even dance, watch a movie, call a friend and talk to them.
I would suggest you create a list of thing to do when you get angry. Include what you would like to do to help calm you. When you feel the anger approaching, chose something from your list and do it. As I mentioned in your previous post, you can even come here as post. We are always here for
