I would suggest you start by setting some goals. Decide what you would like to work on. Make a list and start working on them one by one. Any big goals can be broken down in smaller ones to achieve them. Be sure you don't include anything that would be stressful.
Exercise and eating healthy can help you to feel better and boost your confidence. Even if it's just walking around the neighborhood daily, this can help.
Always remember that you are a wonderful person
. Say this to yourself as well. Positive self-talk is helpful.
