Few observations when i know things that can make a difference in episode of mania /depression or mixed one coming -
sleep -very important to get steady 6-7 hrs sleep every night.
routine -establish one if you haven't already.
communication and emotional security/stability -
having family /friends or a small circle of friends you can lean on for support.
positive company or inspiration to hear/don't watch news or negative messages on media .
rest and calm your mind when needed /does not include sleep.
vacations ..to unwind.
eating on time and healthy.
