i guess for me, and i suspect others to is to be aware of the combo effect of not just another or more dx of mental illness but other medical conditions also. i have too many going on. so i try to disseminate them and workout what can cause disruptions for my conditions. like pain and depression, like mania then proceeded by something else going on. it's a lot to think about
but it certainly helps you stay on the well-being wagon. to look after our mental health we need to look after all f our health. i am just speaking aloud. tell me to shut up!!!
