I'm sorry you don't get much sleep. There are a variety of things people do but it works differently for everyone.
I would suggest some herbal tea or maybe drinking a glass of milk before you go to sleep. Avoid any caffeinated drinks around bedtime.
Eat at least one hour before you go to bed. Turn off the TV and try to stay away from your cell phone as well. Maybe read a nice book. Try also deep breathing. It can help you to relax. If you're into meditation or yoga, this can also help.
Ensure you can comfortable as well. You have a good pillow and a nice blanket.
