Meds work differently for everyone. You said you haven't gained or lost any weight. I think you are probably maintaining your current weight. This is good. Maybe you need to shift your diet and exercise routine in order to lose the weight, since you are able to maintain it already.
If possible, talk to your doc about
this. They would be able to recommend a diet and come exercises to help you. Take baby steps, even when you just feel like staying it, go outdoors for a walk. This may help you to start back feeling active to do the things you once enjoyed.
