In fact I've really never been here before until I decided I wanted to find out if it was possible to get Fibromyalgia at 25. It seems from something I read it may very well be. My pain started after I got diagnosed with PTSD. So, I suppose you'd wanna ask why it is that I'm posting this here. Well I'm bipolar and that's only been made worse by the PTSD.
If I didn't post about it here where else could I post it?

Hi, CryPrettyTears, and welcome! I'm a fibromyalgia mod and saw your post. I'm so sorry you are having pain. Yes, you can have Fibro at your age. We have several members your age. Some have had it since early childhood. Also, doctors don't know what causes Fibro yet but stress can kick it in. Stress also can cause more pain.

Why don't you come to the fibromyalgia forum. We would love to have you and you can ask questions and our members are wonderful at answering them to the best of their knowledge. I see UserANONYMOUS supplied the link to my forum. If you click on it, it will take you directly there. The very first thread in the forum is called Fibro 101 and it is chock full of links to good information about Fibro. That is an excellent starting place besides introducing yourself. Good starting links would be Symptoms, What Else Could It Be, and A Thorough Explanation of Fibromyalgia. These would give you a good idea if you are on the right track.

I do hope you will pop in. I'll be looking for you. Have a good day today!
