Gaz, are you on meds? Some meds can give you a weak and tired feeling. Especially when first starting them or changing or adjusting doses of meds. Also I find myself more able to do things, and accomplish much more in an up phase, (hypomanic) and then when I hit the depressed end of the spectrum I'm tired and dragging my behind just to get across the room. Thats just typical bipolar. If your on meds it doesn't sound as though they are working properly. It sounds as though you're unstable and may need an adjustment. I'd call my doctor very soon and schedule an appt. to discuss them with him/her.

The story of my life - consistent inconsistency. And I think that Ellie has a good point with the meds. I was forever up and down on the energy spectrum with no explaination. I have closets full of hobbies and projects that I started when I was hypo and have never been able to finish. Now that I'm stable on my meds, I'm slowing getting things on track and have a pretty average energy level and can be more consistent in myself and my career.

Hope you find some answers,
