Yes different capacities, but can't is a massive invalidating word to me. No invalidation or disrespect Jess.
Am assisting a lady with similar issues, pertaining to triggers. I too live with both, however my shrink has limited ability, and for me, it is for me to challenge, and work through. I am using a disability friendly employment pathways mob. Yes, i will work within my limitations, in a non judgemental organisation.
Work has many various modes, like volunteer, even an hour. This i will start with. HT
