its alright man.. anything we feel is meant to be felt. Instead of fighting someone just try controlling your anger or aiming it at somethign else like a pillow of some sort.. that always helps.
The main thing that hepls is to jsut try and understand yourself more. Try and get to know what ticks and what gets you to feel this way. I don't know if you've ever tried meditation but it works really good. It helps relax your physical state while your mental state can stabilize as well.
just know that whatever you feel will be temporary and the sooner you try to keep your cool and clear your head, the sooner you'll get back on your feet again man, I guarantee it.
Always keep a clear focus for yourself and you will kind of see its a lot easier to control your emotions than you think.
