thanks for your replies i am going to see my doc and get put in hospital i hate it but i attacked my dad i didnt hurt him to badly but i have lost control all i want to do is fight thanks gaz

I was in hospital for the same reason, though I attacked myself.
It was just long enough to get me out of the mood. It really did help.
I hope they can help you and get you back to normal!

i'm so sorry that you are having to experience this.   i hope that this is at the worst the beginning of the end of this problem for you.

You're being very responsible and strong in getting yourself to your pdoc and asking to be hospitalised. I really hope that this gets you the help you need. I'm so proud of you for knowing that you have to do this: that speaks volumes for your love for your family and your will to manage this darned bp.
