I feel like I'm losing the war. Everytime I turn around, some new catastrophe happens. I can't deal with it much longer. If something doesn't change, I don't know what the outcome wil be.

Thanks for listening.

i feel the same way at times. The lack of sleep is a huge problem apnea may be the cause or at least a start make sure the pressure is correct. the world coming to an end is catastrophe, anything else is just a challenge (not even a problem) just a chellenge. I don't know you but don't let anybody put any added pressure on you your main goal should be to take care of yourself. What i do is i break everything down to its simplist level then i solve one little challenge at a time it may take me a little longer but i win little battles and then i win the war. I can only win one war at a time so i slow everything down slow it down so you can deal with it. If you have people causing the tug of war in your head you need to weed them out for you. you'll be fine just take it slow and steady. Your quote says it all follow your heart and listen to yourself

Thanks Billy-

I appreciate the support during this turmoil. Your advise was great. One thing at a time.

if we don't take one thing at a time it can turn into a mountain that we are trying tomove. i look around my house and see all of these things to do and all of the sudden there is so much that i just can't handle any of it. so now i am learning to do specific things at a time.

1. i do nothing but laundry one day

1. i do nothing but laundry one day
2. i dust one day

then i try to get my dishes done before bed and vacuum (doesn't always happen) however if i just get one of those things done then i accept the fact that i at least tried.

some days i do nothing but that is fine too because we all need a day off.
