The first thing i found quite useful, in fact more interesting than anything else was this documentry on bipolar by the actor Stephen Fry (who suffers from bipolar) It lasts for quite a while but it's really interesting to see people who suffer in similar ways in the sense that you can closely identify with what they're expierencing. The second thing was a bipolar self-help website which many of you may have already found,but i read it yesterday an i again found it extremely insightful and useful,so i thought i would share it with you guys.
