Hello dear survivors,

just saw my psych today after 5 full days of numbing depression... happy to say I feel rather stable now... and even if its just for a while (I've kind of not assumed this state will last forever) I'll just take each respite a moment at a time... just wanted to share this good moment with you.

Even if we suffer for weeks or months on end... there are those rare and precious days where even if we're not exerting ourselves to feel better, we just do. Graceful.

I am thankful and I love this forum...
Good luck in the days to come and may many stable moments litter our oft-times glitterless lives... if only for a few hours

Take care and best wishes...

I am really happy that you are feeling better.  As Mogli stated, you have been really helpful to a lot of members in the forum.  I wanted to say thank you for all you've done, especially since you were struggling yourself.
