I have noticed that my worst down week is 2 weeks before my period.  I am not just talking about PMS, but not-functioning, don't go near me, keep me from sharp stuff and big decisions 10-14 days in a row.  This has happened every month for 7 months at least (I started to notice 7 months ago when I started marking my worst days on the same calender that I mark my monthly cycle)  Has anyone else seen a connection like that?

I go through something similar about half the year. Some months everything is fine, but other times I get severely moody. I can't be around people for about 1-2 weeks before my period. I am snappy to the point of rage, I am highly irritable. It almost feels like mini manic episodes. The older I get the worse it feels.
