hi all!
i'm new to the board, but feel sure someone has gone through what I am now.  I am 35 years old, i located what i thought was a lump in my left breast.  I went to my OBGYN for my annual and told her that i felt a lump.  she also felt it, and sent me for a mammogram and an ultrasound.  I had those done last week and was told by the facility that everything was clear.  then, today I received a call from the nurse at my doc's office.  she said they had the diagnostic reports from the breast center but wanted me to come back in a week after my next period.  Is that normal?  Or, could she have seen something that was missed?  Any assistance, would be greatly appreciated.

This makes sense because your breasts can change during the menstrual cycle. I would say you have a very careful doctor who wants to cover all bases! And there is really nothing to worry about so don't. Let us know how it comes out. MK
