Or did not see his shadow....I always forget which means which for the groundhog....anyway he does not want me to stop the Tamox 3 months early, when my Rx runs out in 30 days. He said "the studies are based on 5 years, so we want you to take it the full 5 years." Well ok then.
The RN stressed the importance of exercise, and suggested Curves. There are a couple near my house....just with work and taking care of the house and walking the dog and little things, I am not sure how I can have time. We'll see....
Hope everyone else on this week's list has good luck!

I really don't know what to say! Now that's a change.......... I guess if you really want to shed the pounds you can find more time to exercise. Time is what we make of it, I am finding out. I don't know how I ever had time to go to work. I putter around here and do absolutely nothing of importance and before you know it the day is over. I don't know how I ever did what I used to do. LOL. I am sure some of the others can relate who are retired. They say if you want something done, give it to a busy person. I also had the thought you could decide to take or not to take the Tamoxifen. But then you would really be upset with yourself if you stopped and something went awry. So there I have really said nothing at all, but I know how you feel. At least the weather should be getting better soon and I am sure Tavish would love more walks. Walking really does help with taking off pounds. Hugs MK

Six more weeks of winter is what you get if old Pax. Phil sees his shadow. As I am in Pennslvania, I would be really a chuckle if I did not know that one. Almost like people from St. Louis not knowing what kind of horses pull the beer wagon. I hope everyone is as lucky. I am so happy you are doing so well. Hugs Joyce
How wonderful it would be to see Angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see clouds where there are Angels.

I'm glad you have done so well on the tamoxifen.  I'm also glad he didn't want to take any chances.  You're a great gal, and deserve the best.  I hear curves is pretty good, and doing the cycle takes like 20 minutes or something like that.
I, personally, avoid exercize religiously.  Why walk or run when you can drive???????
