Dear Ladies:
As some of you know, I have been on a journey that will continue the rest of my life, but I did commit to my path over Holy Week.
I was confirmed to the Catholic Church and received my first communion as a Catholic on Holy Saturday.  How good and right it was for me.
I pray that all your journeys bring you as much joy and as many blessings as mine has brought to me.
I find it sad in some ways that we have so many newbies, but certainly joyful in that we have the opportunity to help them.  It is also a joyful service for me to continue helping, supporting, and just being with so many wonderful friends.  We are truly breast friends and I would be so lonely without you.
So, to all the newbies I have not been able to welcome, I say welcome.  I can hardly wait to get to know you.  And to all of you "oldies" that I love so much, you have been in my prayers and thoughts daily.  (Yeah, you newbies too.)
Oh, thanks for the pink feather!!!  It actually floated towards me when I opened the envelope.  From its constraints, to me with the help God's breath.
So just to catch up with all of you, I say Hello, tell you that my 5yr old DGD is without a doubt the sweetest little girl I know, tell you that my 6 month old DGD is to impatient to learn to crawl and just rolls everywhere, and let you know that my DH and I just celebrated out 35 wedding anniversary.  Who would have thought?
I see my P/S tomorrow, my nipple reconstruction is not healing well, and I am a little concerned but glad I am seeing him.  I know I worry too much and he will set me at ease.  But if some of you would like to be with me, I would be very grateful.
Much love, many hugs, and blessings to you all.

Perfume and incense bring joy to the heart, and the pleasantness of one's friend springs from his earnest counsel.

(((CANDY))) So good to see you back on the board. Congratulations on your journey in faith. It is what sustains us all, and I am sure your life will be enriched beyond measure by the steps you have taken. Good luck at the PS's. I hope you are "all better" after you see him. Hugs, Lauri

Welcome to the Catholic club! I am sooooo happy for you. I have found great strength through Catholicism, and I hope you will, too.

Seeing so many newbies is kind of distressing to me, too. I feel sometimes like we aren't making any progress toward a cure. But I am glad that they've found courage and inspiration from this board.

I'm also anxious to find out when our gathering will be. Can't wait to make plans for that.

Missed ya dearie!!  I'm very happy for you!   Spirituality is a gift I wish I could give to others, it's so wonderful.  I'm glad you are enjoying the gift.
Hope you heal better.  We are in the same boat again, dear, I'm not healing well either.

PCE is in the air! Hope when we get there we hear good things. Capt. Lemonz.

Hi Candy,

I'm one of the newbies, and I thank you for your warm welcome, despite our difficult circumstances. Congratulations on taking the next step in your faith walk. Although I am now in the protestant faith, I rely very heaily on my faith and God. His healing touch in our hearts can be very calming!

I pray that you heal soon and that your PS helps you with your concerns! I'll jump aboard the PCE, well, actually I'll climb gingerly since I'm still a bit tender, if you know what I mean. Take care of yourself and feel all of the positive energy and loving thoughts from each of these special ladies on this forum!
