I found this item in my May AARP monthly newsletter. Thought I would pass it along for anyone who might be interested. I do not know if they are still looking for study participants, however.  Sounds interesting.  Lauri

"In the largest study of its kind, researchers will track 50,000 sisters of women who have had breast cancer to learn how genes and the environment affect the risk of getting the disease.

"The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences seeks volunteers between the ages of 35 through 74 for a 10-year Sister  Study. Call 877-474-7837 toll free or go to www.sisterstudy.org for more information."
