Hi all...after a fun concert (although freezing out!) on Saturday to see Stevie Nicks and Don Henley, I got about 2 hours of sleep, to catch a flight in the morning to Fort Lauderdale. I rented a car and drove up to see Grandma in Boca, who just turned 99 in May. Can you believe it? She is still pretty sharp and agile, it is amazing.  Then I returned the car and took the shuttle over to the Diplomat in rainy Hollywood. the hotel is just gorgeous, with a view of the ocean...too bad it has been raining since last night.
I am here for a 3 day Kellogg convention, easy work for me and lots of trinkets to take home. Head home late Wed, pick the pooch up and then go home. Leigh's mother is coming in Wed night too, so our weekend is busy. Poor Tavish still has the runs, got the parasite cleared up but can't get his system back to normal. I will have to take him in for blood tests on Thursday if he does not get better. THis is his first real medical issue in 6 years, so we have been lucky. He'll stay off the PCE till he is back to normal...
Hope all is well-

So sorry to hear about Tavish still having problems. This is a thank you note for keeping him home until he is better. We have barf bags so guess we could get a pooper scooper, but I am so glad we do not have to. LOL L&H and give my regards to Snap Crackle and Pop.

Have a grand time, Lori. Sorry Tavish is not well. DD and SIL's little dog picked something up one time when they kenneled her. She had the runs for a couple of days after she got home. They had to have carpets cleaned. Hope your pooch is well soon. Belated birthday wishes for your grandma. Did you know thw White House will send people her age (I think it starts at 90) special birthday greetings? Something to think about. Hugs from Boston, Lauri
