I saw your post in the long hair loss thread....that your most hated phrase is to "keep a positive attitude", when you know you can't for that day. My advice is to reframe that....it is OK to feel sad, crummy, puny, pukey....whatever negative you feel is ok...just don't give up hope and don't let a negative thought process take over. It is ok to be mad, scared or tired, but hang onto the thoughts that this is temporary and your survival odds are great. Hang onto the warrior approach that you are FIGHTING the beast, you are taking an active role in the cancer battle.
Don't deprive yourself the need to work through your feelings, but find your way back to positive thoughts. Fight!
And if all else fails, come here and vent....
