I really cant wait for this year to be over. Not only because of my diagnosis, but last night my husbands brother passed away from pneumonia. He was severely mentally handicapped, and was 40 years old. My husband was very close to him, as they shared a bedroom for over 20 years. Robert was a pure soul. His face would always light up when Rich (my DH) was around, and would ask for K,K,K's (kisses). Fortunately, he was surrounded by all those who loved him when he passed. The only good thing to come about
from this year is our daughter. Thank God for her - she has been such a source of joy, I'm not sure how we would've gotten through this year without her.
I'm sorry that I havent given all of you my holiday greetings - I wish everyone here a healthy, happy and peaceful new year. Thank you all for your help. Your support has been a life-saver.
See you on the other side of 2005.
