I understand how hard it is to have lost such a dear friend at such a young age.  We have lost so many and each time it seems to take more out of all of us.

I can imagine the stress you are under with your mother.  My mother is in good physical health but her mind is getting a little iffy.  She has fallen several times but has not gotten more than bumps and bruises, thank heavens.  I keep telling her I am afraid she will lie there for hours before someone finds her but........  She still insists on living alone in her apartment over 50 miles from all family members.  Her sisters and brother who live in that 50 mile radius are all past driving so far unless necessary.  My brother and his family are busy with work and their lives to be running to check on her and all she does is call and say how lonely she is.  We keep telling her she needs to move but she is afraid of changes.  So I can imagine the stress with your mom having health problems.

Take care  of yourself,  and stop in to say HI when you are checking on us.  Hugs MK
