I know what a problem all that snow is. We've been there before, so I sympathize with the digging out you are doing. Just hoping that the power is still on and the furnances are runjing where you are. Hugs, Lauri

I also am hoping that everyone is warm and safe. My nephew lives in NY City. I talked w/ him last night and he said that there was over 28" of snow. brrrrrrrrrrrrrr..way too much for me.
Please be careful if you have to shovel. Remember, it doesn't have to be done all at once.Take your time.
Sending warm hugs and sunshine...Deb

I don't know how Vicky fared, she's down that way, but here in the Catskills, we only got about 3-4 inches.  Less up at work, which is 40 miles northwest of my home.  We were all ready for the big noreaster!  Kinda anticlimactic.  Missed seeing David Bromberg, last night, though.  Couldn't seem to get the gumption up to drive down that way last night.
My family lives down on Long Island.  Would have found out about how they would be doing......except......  THEY got to go to a wedding in Hawaii.  My SIL's nephew is getting married on Valentine's day there.   Mom, DB, my two neices and SIL went.  What you say???  Why didn't I go?????  Let's not go there, that part of my brain's a bad neighborhood.  (notice I didn't say DSIL).
Anyway, weather's fine here, just cold.  Ice fishing contest this weekend, snowmobiling, ice skating, etc.  Should be fun.
