Hi all, boy do I hate this damm disease...
I happened to stumble across a familiar name this morning in the obits. You may recall Tracibeth, I bumped her intro post to the top of the list. I remembered her from my diagnosis and days at the Village, where she also posted. I know posted there too in the last year, as a re-introduction. She had a pretty grim time of things, having extensive bone mets to her skull that required much of her skull to be removed and reconstructed. I never met her but she was in the area here, and her picture shows a woman with a glowing and magical smile, full of goodness.

Rest peacefully, Tracy.

Thank you for letting us know, Lori. I remember her, of course. It is a shame we keep losing wonderful young women. Only 37, so much life to live and enjoy. I have kept a list of sisters lost and she is number 35. Prayers for her family and friends. I feel so sad to have lost another member of our group. Love, MK

Hi Lori..yes, I remember her from the Village..What a shame to lose another sister to this disease let alone such a young woman.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

stout rope; She clings to one end, I the other;
She calls it friendship; I call it hope....

Thanks for letting us know, Lori. How sad. Only 37. My mother has a neighbor who is in the last weeks of her fight with mets from lung cancer in her early 50s. Such a vicious disease. <sigh> Sad hugs, Lauri

Many prayers and wishes for strength and endurance for family friends and all that knew her.  She is gracefully flying into her sunset and horizon of peaceful slumber. May the day be soon to where this will be a disease that is no more.
