I came here once in a while before---when my mother in law was fighting her cancer. I came here read and support mainly my sister in law Christa during her Mom's illness/fight with cancer.  Last July, my mother in law passed away and today--April 4 is her birthday. I woke at 4:00 a.m. today after i awoke from a dream of being at her house and given one of her cook books...that had her handwriting in it. I know she is having the most glorious birthday ever today being with God; and that she is looking down over her family but I miss her--I miss sharing with her everything about my family, my kids, my grand kids.  I know you all never take a day for granted, and it is days like this that you are reminded how precious life is and how special some people will always be. Happy Birthday Anna Mae--i love you.

What a nice tribute to a special lady, your mother-in-law. I had a special mother-in-law who died way too early at age 57, but not from breast cancer, her birthday was April 9th. We have had many friends who have been a part of this online breast cancer group and went on to celebrate birthdays in heaven, too. I know I think of them often and remember how much they meant to all of us. The memories we all carry keep them alive in our hearts. Hugs on this special day. Mary K.

Yes MK, what a nice tribute. Your mom-in-law must have felt so lucky to have a "daughter" like you.

Sending you special hugs to ease the pain of these last few days.
