I don't see many names that I recognize. I do hope everyone is doing well. MK and Gail I see you are keeping the homelights burning for those who need your love, support, wise advice and amazing knowledge. I miss you all and think of you often. My family and I are getting ready to move to Orlando, Fl when school is out in May. Mac has been there since August.
I'm afraid I have little news of Becky's (wynnmom( family. We live only minutes from one another and never see each other. I think it's been too hard for Mike. I'm afraid I am a sad reminder of Becky's valiant fight. I feel bad because I think the children have felt the loss too. I know my children miss Michael & Rachel. I have to admit though it is hard for me to be with them as well.
The upside is that I will see my 10th year since dx in May. My favorite anniversary was the one I got to share with you all here in Louisville. That Relay for Life Survivors lap was so amazing making it with you  all and knowing we had made it one more year.
I will try to check in more often.
Hugs to all,

Angela! It is great to hear from you! Glad to hear you are doing well! I think about Louisville quite often. In fact, I got out the cookbook I won for taking the longest to get there and thought of all of you again!
It is so sad that Becky is gone. I pray that her kids and Mike are doing well. Too many are gone.
You take care enjoy Florida!
L&H, Gail
It's only when we truly know and understand that we have a limited time on earth -- and that we have no way of knowing when our time is up, we will then begin to live each day to the fullest, as if it was the only one we had.

Hi Angela, It is great to hear from you. Yes, you see different names today but if you look back through the last few weeks you will see Jackie, Bev, Jo-Ann, Ellen, Lori, lots of old friends do stop by. I hate to start naming names because I always miss so many. I think all of us feel that way about the Louisville trip, it was so great we never could get interest in having another.

I'm sorry you lost close touch with Becky's family. Since you are going to move I would think it would be a good reason to check in again. My grandson and his family live in North Fort Meyers where he is Student Pastor of the First Christian Church. I know that is not real close to Orlando but you never know, if you run into someone with the same last name as I have ask.

Please come back again just to check in. We are around. I think that we have just gotten a little more involved in every day life and don't spend so much time here anymore.

Big hugs to you and yours, MK

Hi, just wanted to wish you a wonderful holiday. I will never forget meeting your wonderful family in Louisville. The time and effort all of you put in to making it a really special time. Becky is still missed so much. I will never forget her trying so hard, while fighting this disease, to make it the memorable time it was. Orlando is a great place to live. I hear you can eat in a different restaurant every night and never do a repeat. Believe me when your children are grown and out of the house, you will really appreciate this bonus. L&H, Joyce

How wonderful it would be to see Angels where there are only clouds. How sad it would be to see clouds where there are Angels.

Hi Angela,

I know after so many years of being "in remission" or "cancer free" as you and I are fortunate enough to be, it is hard to keep in touch on a regular basis, but please do let us know how you are doing.  Moving to MCO.....hope your email is not changing, but if it is - keep me posted.  Mine is the same as always.

Have a wonderful Christmas season, and keep in touch.

Love and prayers,

Kitty M
