Hi all,

Following my extensive research, I now believe the most effective thing that could help us recover from CFS is vitamin supplements...its all about making your immune system better....and through out my readings I have found out that most of those who have recovered took vitamin and mineral suuplements.....all you need to do is to find out which ones are the ones you need?...check it up through dr sarah marshall's MFP test....it will objectively tell you what you need.....

by the way does anybody have eye problem such as not being able to watch a movie in the theatre....?

Thanks...

Yes vitamins and supplements. I took my multi-vitamins with tons of extra antioxidants to primary doc. He added calcium, vit d, co q10, and fish oil (omega 3s). I do feel a bit better on the days that I take these regularly. And in general a bit better. Going to ask about iron on next visit.

I mostly eat natural and organic foods. Very little processed or junk food. Plus drinking lots of water. I think diet and vitamins are keeping me out of bed. Im home on ssdi from other stuff. Cfs was an extra condition that came with it. Of all my symptoms fatigue is my absolutely worst.

Try taking Lysine along with Glutamine and that will help A LOT.  Take it regularly.

the only

thing that ever helped  was to get out of stress and anxiety.  Once I got CFS then I had more so I had to figure out how to get away from being afraid of the disease.  It is really about fear and performance.  Do you have fear around authority figures and are afraid of making mistakes on the job when you worked?  I had panic attacks too and have been healed of those too.  Negative emotions make CFS.  I had it so badly that I could not  talk or walk for 5 years.
