I've suffered from Fibromyalgia since 2005. I was in the dark up until early September of 2008, when I saw a Rheumatologist who confidently diagnosed me with FM. There's far more to my story than that, I assure you.
Many have told me I'm quite skilled with the written word, which is suitable because I enjoy writing. December of 2008, I came up with the idea to write a book on fibromyalgia and related disorders. To write it, I intend to use information about
my experience, and interview others about
their own.
My question to those of you who have fibromyalgia or related illnesses is this: would any of you be willing to tell me about
you're experience? The purpose of my book will be to educate. I want to show others like us that we exist, and there are millions who can relate to them. It'll also answer questions for those who want to learn about
such health issues, and show that we are not invisible, as the cause for many of these is unknown (though there are multiple causes being checked out).
I'm not looking for advice, or criticism on my means of making this proposition. I want to educate, as I said, and help out in whatever way I can.
If you're interested, and/or would like further information, write back.

* I posted this in the FM forum already, I'm putting it here as well because CFS/ME will be included as someone who has already offered to share their experience has this.
