My main problem is my Legs. Very sore and stiff. Latley I realy have a very hard time to walk. Because of the stiffness and muscle pain.  Always worse in the morning getting out of bed. I have to hold on to things to get around.  I have a constant headache and sore throat. I'm always being teased at work on how poor my memory is. And I can't seem to consintrate very well. My lower back and arms have begun to hurt as well latley also. Very wore out and tired all the time, run down. I am going to see a rheumy on Thursday. Hopefully we can find some answers.

Sound like possible Lyme disease. They thought my daughter had CFS and it turned out to be Lyme and Bartonella. Turns out she had undiagnosed Lyme for 7 years. Go on the Lyme forum here and ask for a dr rec that is an LLMD (Lyme Literate Med Dr) in your area.

You may also want to check out your adrenal gland for adrenal fatigue. Your symptoms are similar to that. God bless.

I've just found this forum and I noticed your blog. Have you had success in finding what's wrong? Did you consider fibromyalgia? I too have bouts of leg pain that worsens with exercise - in fact I end up in bed... so I'd like to know what you found out. Thanks!

My legs and feet had swelled up which was putting a lot of presure on them and causing them to hurt. My Doctor gave me some water pills to releive the swelling which is working the swelling is going down a quite a bit but not gone yet. The pain has gone down a quite a bit also. Now we are trying to find out what caused the swelling.

SOXX,
Sounds like you've been miserable. Did you consider fibromyalgia? I'm just learning myself, but go into the Fibromyalgia forum and learn there. There's so much informaiton about both CFS / Fibro on this site and so much on the internet.

What did the Rheum. Dr. Say?

Sounds like Lyme disease. Please try to see an lyme literate doctor.  Let me know if you need the name of a great lyme doctor in your area. If you have been tested for lyme please know that the tests are unsophisticated and only pick up a handful of strains when there are hundreds.

You should not have to live like this. Please let me know if I can help.

good luck.
