I could barely wake up this morning. IT took an hour for me ot get out of bed. Way too long. I am almost nodding off all day. cant accomplish a thing. I also had a sore throat when I woke up. its pretty much gone now.

What do you guys do to stay awake? I Cant take provigil it interacts with another med i take.

i already went outside to get blasted with cold air.

sigh,
I hate this,

Hi Melissa-

I am experimenting with Ritalin for my CFS. How many milligrams are you taking and how many times a day? I had a bad crash a few days ago and haven't had to take the Ritalin in a while. But I need something to help me now!!!! :)

curious as to what your dose is and what times you take it. It is defintely helping.

It took 3 hours to get up this morning. I definitely was sick with my Lyme fibro stuff- ack.

I feel bad for my kids.

Well I'm going to see my doc on Friday. Today I took 10mgs when I woke up around 8. Then another 5mg every 3 hours. It makes me feel a little better- not 100% me. I am new to this forum :) I have had about 5 big cfs crashes- lasting about 2-3 months each. Now Whenever I push myself too much, don't get enough sleep, etc. I crash. The last one was only about 2 weeks. I just had a crash 3 days ago. I pray this will only last 2 weeks! I have seen soooooo many doctors. Nobody has the answer! I did just start seeing a nutritionist...not sure if she's helping yet (I guess it can't hurt)....I'm 28 Female and work full-time...and am trying to have a social life- it's hard! I would love to hear from u, your story, what helps. :)

Well I got lyme disease may 2007, havent been right since. pretty much all the conditions in my signature happened after I got lyme. I have been disabled since. I have sleep apnea which makes me so tired. Have you ever had a sleep study? I would strongly suggest it. I am 31 with 2 kids and its so exhausting!
I take b12 injections as needed, I get them somewhere where they are $1 an injection plus shipping. I also get magnesium injecttions from the same place.

email me if you want to chat or know where I get the meds. you do meed a rx from your doc but my email is

mkerinsicutech at yahoo dot com

I tried provigil and it interacted with my heart meds so I cant take it. have you tried that?

hope today is a better day!
