UGH! I have been fighting chronic sinusitus for 4 to 5 weeks. I feel dizzy throughout the day. Mostley when my sinuses swell up. When I eat I feel like i am getting a panic attack of some sort. I get dizzy and my throat hurts. I have taken 3 different antibiotic in 14 days. Which has made me sick to my stomach and i seem to always feel tired. Any suggestion to help with this????confused

We have gotten quite a bit of snow and it seems like when the weaher pattern changes...so does the sinus gunk. I have some probs but not like my neighbor. She has been battling sinus headaches, pressure, dizzyness, ect. She currently has Fibromyalgia/Chronic fatigue but she says this is the worse year for sinus probs. Any help would be great. redface

have you tried flushing out your sinuses? you can get the stuff at the pharmacy. I think its just a saline spray with salt in it.

I've had chronic sinusitis for 30 years.  It sucks. I think that is part of the equation when it comes to my CFS.  Is this something you have dealt with frequently?  Is this the first time you've had sinus trouble?

One thing I do is soak in a tub with Johnson's Baby Vapor Bath.  It will open up my head and help with the dizziness and sinus headaches.

My doctor refuses to accept that my chronic sinusitis is caused by my ME, she says that it does not fit the normal pattern of symptoms, i really do dispare sometimes at the lack of knowledge out there bcoz it only took me half and hour on the web to find at least 5 decent academic papers linking chronic nasal problems with ME, when it is really bad try using sudofed nasal spray for a weekstart twice a day, then gradualy wean urself off it, usualy works for me for a few weeks at least
Keep smiling
