I'm new to this forum and would like to discuss the possibility that i may suffer from this.
I have suffered with stress and Anxiety over the past few years after loosing my job which in it's self was very stressful, now i suffer with only the following:
  • Memory loss
  • Poor ability to concentrate
  • De-realisation
  • Lack of sleep
  • Tiredness
  • Brain fog
  • Weight Gain
  • Craving for food frequently (mainly sweet or junk food)
  • Strange twitches (i can only describe this as nerve twitching that seems to be far worse when im sat still.
  • Mild depression

I am currently seeing a psychologist and would like to bring this to her attention, as this has been mentioned to me in the past buy someone who sells herbs.

Please can you guys assist me in diagnosing if i have this or assist me in some way?

Thanks in advance,

those symptoms sound like classic Adrenal Fatigue. Many doctors will want to treat you for depression alone. I have been treated for depression/anxiety in the past. However, many of those symptoms returned especially:
•Memory loss
•Poor ability to concentrate
•Lack of restfull sleep
•Severe fatigue (this is the worst part for me because it is different than being sleepy)
•Brain fog
•Craving for food frequently (mainly sweet or "salty" junk food)
I am not a doctor so you would need to talk to someone with professional credentials. However, I would get eventually talk to an Endocrinologist if these symptoms continue. I have Adrenal Fatigue. It is the most debilitating thing I have known. Try B complex with high amounts of Vitamin C along with Magnesium. This has helped me somewhat but has not cured me. Continued prayer and perseverence to take care of my family has kept me going. God Bless!!
