One of my many issues is adrenal fatigue, diagnosed from Saliva testing (my melatonin levels were upside down which causes my sleep wake cycle to be messed up)

I have been taking Adrenal Stress End for the last month and Adrenal Essence before that but they have not helped.

Can anyone recommend a good adrenal supplement that won't aggravate my stomach as I am prone to ulcers?

Thanks

Susie

Have you tried Vitamin B Complex (with Vitamin C).  Make sure you take Magnesium with it.  I have had some decent results with this.  The "adrenal crashes" still come, however.  I am adding Zinc to the mix as of today.  I read Zinc is necessary for the adrenals.  I have tried a glandular that appeared to work for a few days after it got started then died on me.  I have tried Licorice, Rhodiola, Panthetine (alone with no other B vitamins) and PABA.  B complex has panthetine and PABA as well as B1 thru B12 in it.  Hope that helps.  Adrenal Fatigue is the worst chronic thing I have ever had to deal with.  I feel for you.
