I am usually on the fibro web site as that has always been my main problem.
I have CFS have had for years but it has never realy bothered me compaired to the fibro.
But the last 3 or 4 weeks have been hell not only the pain etc from the fibro, but od feeling like I have a dose of the flu, it will clear away for a day or two then come back some other way. I feel so worn out, just listening to me talk friends sound like I have a really bad dose of the flu.
I am getting fed up with th whole thing, yes I saw my Doc last Thursday and he was not much help at all. Keep up the fluids get plenty of rest, when it feels like you have no energy just to move resting is easy to do. What else can I do? Walking is out as I have almost passed out twice doing that. Sleep does not seem o help at all, one day I slept about 22 hours.
My main question do you get CFS flares like we do with the fibro?

Hi Kathy,

Yes ME/CFS flares a LOT! It seems to be very sensitive to everything - doing things, things you eat, chemicals anywhere, you can develop allergies/intolerances which can effect it... the list goes on!

Kathy,

Not a dumb question at all! If you hadn't asked it I wouldn't have MY answer! I too suffer most from FM but have times when it feels like the flu...like right now. I'm at work and worked last night, ate well and slept well but now I feel like I've been up for days, have alternating chills and sweats, no appetite and just want to sleep.

So, thanks for asking what I didn't.
