A friend has really heavy bleeding/ flushing, even between her monthly periods. Does anyone know a natural help/ remedy please (not alternative, just nutritional therapy/ supplements/ herbs etc? She also has M.E./CFS.

Thanks :-)

This is not a natural remedy, but I've heard that Aleve can be used for heavy menstrual bleeding. Be sure to take it with food, it can disturb your stomach. Learned that one the hard way.

My mother gave me some wild yam and black coash.. I had severe endometriosis and had albation to get rid of it..I took depo shots for awhile to try and get some relief..You might try your local health food store. I would consult your doctor to see if you have fibroids or endometriosis.
