Just need to vent:
Been having a horrible time with CFS past 5 or 6 weeks. Tired, dizzy, no stamina, aches, sleep, etc. It's been a battle just to do the basics of laundry, managing my meds and do food shopping. Finally today after about 3 days of being house bound got out and walked the two blocks to the grocery store. Did the minimal of shopping, measuring out what do I really need and what can I carry.

I got to the check out line and reached for my wallet, always in my jeans back left pocket. Wasn't there. I did a quick slap of coat pockets and other jeans pockets. I had left my wallet at home. I returned stuff to the shelves and left. The only thing that stopped me from bursting out and crying on the way home is that fact that I live in Buffalo NY, it was 8:30 in the morning, and it was too cold to cry.

Awww hun.. I'm so sorry to hear that xxx

Is there a way you could shop online so you don't have to venture out?

(( hugs ))

Busy mom..

Thank you for your compassion. I do very little shopping on-line; I'm limited by finances since I'm on SSD. It was more feeling overwhelmed by really struggling to take care of myself and my furry companions (3 cats), then when I did make it out, I forgot the wallet.

It's the frustration of not being able to do what others take for granted and having to portion out my energy level, concentration ability, etc. (I am now typing as a cat tail swishes back and forth over my keyboard) I came to the forum just to say "blech." Thank you for hearing me.

I hear you girl, I feel that way alot too and people just don't understand how hard it is to get yourself motivated and going just to get out. I am not offically diagnosed with cfs yet but now that my specialist has told me about it and says he thinks i have it, I looked it up and think this is probably true. I know its hard, I guess we just have to hope and pray that we will be part of the 50 percent that get better over the next few years.... Keep going girl, you can do it.
