Thanks 4 msg. Will write more another time, but getting late, nearly tea time!...If I dont PLEASE remind me (if haven't heard in 2/3 weeks). Also think u can gwt info on internet and Erica White's book, 'Donuts and Temples' gives very useful info. for 'self-help nutrtion wise'. I'd recommend magnesium supplements for musles and nerves.

I have remembered that Patrick Holford is a well known nutritionalist who has a website..
