Check out Celiac Disease. This causes one to not properly absorb proteins and fats, maybe that why your body says "Eat more of it!" Then again it could be something else all together.... Never know till ya check out all the possibilities. See a GI maybe?

lol just realized we've conversed before. Im sorry your feeling so bad. For me I always ate meat because I knew my body tolerated it well, but I would avoid carbs. When ever I went to long without eating at all though I would be very short of breath with a very odd and bad pain throughout my body as well. Listen to your body and eat what makes it happy. ;)

I think that I experience everything except the shortness of breath, that usually only happens to me when I'm having anxiety.
No doctor, but if I were you, I'd see my general doctor so they can order some blood testing, to see what is really going on with you.

-Hope you find out soon what is going on.

michelleisnice, i have read your other posts as well... I have almost exactly the same as what you are going through.. I took me seven years to find the way to start curing my chronic fatique...
with our problems, you can't just visit a traditional doctor as they are not trained to handle chronic illness. They only know how to treat things that are acute.
By visiting doctors who are specialised in chronic fatique and depression, I was diagnosed with chemical imbalance in my body. Basically, my adrenal gland, my throid, hormone and other things all contributed to it. It's not just one simple answer. That's why traditional doctors won't know how to handle it and they always just said I needed more exercise because they simply didn't know how to treat it.
I can fully understanding how depressing it is because I had the same suicidal thoughts before as well, and I couldn't work for almost 3 years...
I am now improving 90% and visiting those chronic fatique specialists really work ( but I suppose you'll need to find the good one or the right one though, not everyone of them is as effective...)
And also, just want to share with you that these things can be cured, it just takes a bit of patience and finding the right doctor.
Good luck and hope you will recover.
